Registration
Site fees include cabin or tent space, membership in a Tribe, admission to all workshops, events and rituals, use of the camps facilities, but not meals, which can be added. There are cost increases as the deadlines approach so we urge you to register early. Also, using the on-line registration system assures you that your registration will be processed quickly and accurately.
You will be using our new registration system which is still in its beta mode, so please let us know if you encounter any problems with it. For questions, send email to registrar@freespiritgathering.org. One major difference you will encounter is that you can only register one person at a time. Each person must be registered using a different email address. If you're having trouble with this aspect of our system, please let us know that as well..
Are you a devoted Venus-lover? Do you yearn to help more with making our event what it is? We have an opportunity this year for you! Join the Temple Builders team for $45 and you'll be invited to arrive a day early, on Wednesday at noon, and help build the temple for Venus. Weather permitting, we'll have a special fire on Wednesday night for our Temple Building team. There are a limited number of Temple Builder spots available, so register today!
The ritual fires are not something we can do for an infinite number of people. Thus, we continue to have a cap of 175 pre-registrants. When we reach that number, we will close registration and you won't be able to be a part of the event, so we encourage you to register early. There are NO DAY PASSES this year.
There are a limited number of private rooms with at least two beds in them available for a surcharge of $95 for the whole weekend. They are available first-come, first-serve. If you want one, register for it for one member of your party only and then indicate the other person is tenting. Write in the other person on the registration which includes the private room and we'll make sure you're together.
There will be NO onsite registrations this year. You MUST pre-register for this event.
We have removed the Singles and Group/Couples housing designation. If you want to stay with another person or people, please choose a group name and write it into the box provided. If you don't indicate another person , we won't know who you want to stay with and will put you into housing randomly. Please help us help you stay with your friends if you aren't coming solo. If you are coming solo, don't worry! FoV is a great place to be on your own. You can meet people or just enjoy the event as a single person.
