At Fires of Venus, we can touch Spirit, expand our capacity to Love, and create real change in our hearts and lives.

Evenings in the Temple of Venus are spent in both ritual and revelry - praying, drumming, dancing, kissing, singing, and making love - as a spiritual path and mirthful all-night prayer. Daytimes are spent in playshops focused202 on fire circle arts, relationships, and sacred sexuality.

This year, we Return to Venus in a new season, high summer, enjoying the warm (hopefully dry) nights under the stars. As we look to find Her once again, we explore our illusions and how they can stand between us and Love. We'll work on letting some of them go and then find validation for who we are underneath those illusions. The manifestation of our newly revealed selves and the power to go out into the world without those illusions will be the gift of the event to us all.

We consider all deities of love to be part of our work, thus you will find a shrine to love in our ritual space. The name Venus, for our purposes, is an amalgam of all deities of love, and you will find everything from Wiccans to Druids, from Atheists to Christians, from Asatruar to Tantikas at our event. Bring your love of Love and your open heart and mind and you will find others who open their hearts, too.
