Festival Registration Site fees (include cabin or tent space, membership in a Core Group, admission to all workshops, events and rituals, use of the camps facilities, but not meals) start at $195. There are cost increases as the deadlines approach so we urge you to register early. Are you a devoted Venus-lover? Do you yearn to help more with making our event what it is? We have a new opportunity this year for you! Join the Temple Builders team for $39 and you'll be invited to arrive a day early, on Wednesday at noon, and help build the gorgeous temples for Venus. As our thank you, you'll get a special badge which proudly shows that you were part of the Temple Builders' team, an intimate fire on Wed evening with the Keepers and Fire tenders (complete with smores!), and the satisfaction of a job well done. There are a limited number of Temple Builder spots available, so register today! This event sold out again in 2010. It is meant to be a fairly intimate event, and the ritual fires are not something we can do for an infinite number of people. Thus, we continue to have a cap of 175 pre-registrants. When we reach that number, we will close registration and you won't be able to be a part of the event, so we encourage you to register early. There are NO DAY PASSES again this year. If you would like to pay using a check, you must use a paper reg form and mail a check with it. To receive a pdf of the paper form, email us. There are 8 small semi-private rooms with two beds in them available for a surcharge of $25 per person. These rooms are very near the fire circle, so don't register for them if the sounds of the fire circle would bother you. There will be NO onsite registrations this year. You MUST pre-register for this event. Housing types are as follows: Singles housing (on the side formerly known as the Lark side, and closest to our fire circle) and Couples/Groups housing. No, you don't have to be part of a couple or group to reserve a room on the Couples' side of camp. Over the years many groups have helped our events grow by contributing presenters and allowing us to use their lists to tell people about our event. As a way of thanking them we've extended a discount to members of those groups as well as to Free Spirit members. The complete list of groups is at the bottom of this page.
