Syndala recently took a 200 hour RYT Yoga Teacher training as a way to incorporate physical practice into her spirituality. She has long been interested in learning and teaching body acceptance and is excited to be able to present a workshop that combines two of her interests.


Yoga for Every-BODY: Do you think that yoga is only for lithe, rock-bodied contortionists? Think again! People of all shapes and sizes can reap the benefits of yoga. Whether you're practically double-jointed or can't (yet) touch your toes.

With slow movements and a meditative awareness, we will go through a series of poses, moderated by deep breathing, that focuses on inner engagement and using modifications and props to fit any body type.

Wear comfortable loose clothing and bring a small blanket. If you have a yoga mat and props please bring them.
