Registration
fees include cabin or tent space, admission to all workshops,
events and rituals, use of the camps facilities, but
not meals. There
are cost increases as the deadlines approach so we urge you to
register early. For questions, send email to registrar@turtlehillevents.org.
Again this year, on Saturday evening, we'll be offering a Sensual Feast. The theory behind a Sensual Feast is that you are encouraged to feed others and allow yourself to be fed (obviously hand-washing will be part of the event). All the food will be finger food, with careful consideration to both healthy and delicious options. The cost for this event is $20/per person if you pre-register for it online ($30 at the door if we have any space left--last year we sold out completely) and takes the place of the regular meal in the Dining Hall that evening. We'll post a menu in April.
There
are a very limited number of private rooms in the White House with varying numbers of beds
in them available for a surcharge of $80 per room and can house at least two. Some of the rooms have double beds in them, some are twins you can push together. Sorry! Private housing is now sold out! You can select it and join the wait list if you like.
Our coffee options for this year have changed. Due to the demise of the old coffee maker, we have changed over to a Keurig system and developed a Coffee Club for the event. You simply purchase a snazzy coffee cup for $19 during your registration (you must pre-register for the Coffee Club). Then you are welcome to use our Keurig for unlimited coffee (decaf and regular), tea (herbal, black and an assortment of others) and hot chocolate throughout the event. The only catch is you must use your new cup. We'll provide whole and skim milk, soy milk, rice milk, honey, splenda and sugar. As a reminder, the Coffee Club is available for pre-registration ONLY.
There will be NO at-gate registration for the event. You MUST pre-register for this event!
We
encourage our attendees to register online and use a credit card
to at least pay the minimum amount ($100 per person) to lock in
your registration rate and reserve your housing for our event. This will lock in your rate.
Our online system no longer accepts checks for payment. Sorry
for any inconvenience.
We will not be hosting pre-conferences this year, instead beginning the event with a meet and greet around the fire on Wednesday evening, and the play space will be open that night. Workshops will begin at 10 am on Thursday morning.
A
Note about Day Passes: Day Passes are for people who are
only coming for one day and will be leaving by midnight that
night. If you are staying in a hotel or commuting, you must
pay the full fee. The camp doesn't give us a break in price,
therefore, we can't pass one on to you. Thanks!
