Next year's dates are April 30-May 4, 2014. Registration opens soon! See you there!
After a lot of careful consideration, and after paying close attention to our attendees' comments, we've decided to change our pricing somewhat. We hope this change will make it easier for many members of the community to attend the event. And for the rest, it won't make much difference, particularly in the early registration period which will last through the end of 2013!
First of all, we've had a lot of questions about partial payment, and we're pleased to be bringing it back for 2014! In order to partially pay, you'll need to register using the mail-in form available here. Simply print it out and fill in all the appropriate details. You'll need to mail us a check for at least $100 per person registering to hold the pricing, and the rest will be due in check form no later than April 15, or the deposit will be forfeited. There are no refunds on partial payments. We hope this will help those of you who need to stretch your payments out over the year more. You can make as many payments as you like over the allotted period.
Second, we are going to a more a la carte pricing concept for the event, as so many other Ramblewood events have done. We feel it's the only way to remain competitive in this environment. So now you can purchase an entry for the main part of the event, Thursday to Sunday, for as little as $135!
This price doesn't include a cabin bed, so you'll need to add that in if you want to stay in a cabin. But this pricing for Beltane has never before been seen, and we're pleased to be able to offer it to you.
You can still arrive on Wednesday for a mere $40 more. Or come for the weekend if you prefer, starting at just $99. We want you to enjoy the event you want to have. And add the delicious comfort of a tempurpedic cabin bed if you like.
Our coffee club has been ridiculously popular, so we're tweaking it to make it even better. We've removed the mug from the equation, and the new price is just $10, bring your own mug. If you'd like a Beltane mug, you can add one to your registration.
We've also made the meal plan a bit more friendly. You can buy all the meals from Thursday lunch through Sunday brunch for just $89. If you're coming on Wednesday, feel free to add dinner that night and breakfast on Thursday for just $19 more. And individual meals will be available at the Dining Hall for sale on site at $8 for breakfast, $10 for lunch and $12 for dinner, cash only.
You choose what makes you happy. That's what Beltane is all about!
You're invited to be a part of the most sacred sexuality event in the country. For more than a decade, we've brought together people from all walks of life who believe that sex is sacred for a long weekend of fun, learning, laughter, love, ritual and ecstasy.
This year, we are proud to bring to the forefront once again our wonderful rituals, with a new team bringing us moments of connection to cherish the whole year long. As the pendulum swings towards an even more sacred experience than ever before, join us in celebrating the sanctity of love and connection in all of its forms.
There's something for everyone. Bring your favorite loving activities to our playground. From flirting to intercourse, from tantra to bondage, everything you love to do is available here for you. We embrace all sexualities. We are a pansexual gathering with attendees from every type of gender identification and sexual orientation. Our large group rituals help shape an event you'll never forget.
If you are a shy beginner in the shiny world of sacred sex or a veteran practitioner, you've come to the right place! Our community is welcoming and accepting and always happy to extend a loving hand to newcomers, yet challenging and interesting to the most seasoned folks. You'll find what you're looking for here.

One of the best things about THE's Beltane is our wonderful presenters. Bringing you the best from around the country is part of our drive to make this event the best one you'll go to all year. And our presenters really get it--you're there to enjoy yourself while you learn. You'll have a great time at their presentations. And the small class sizes will ensure you get personal attention.
Bring a partner (or three!) if you like, or come on your own. Lots of singles come to our event. And it's easy to meet people, with our classes, meals, and other events, we do our best to make event the shyest newcomer feel welcome.
If you like that sort of thing, the tshirt design for this year is really pretty. See it here.
See you there!
